Imagine a private, judgment free environment for you to learn more about 1) yourself, 2) the lived experiences of other people and 3) ask cultural questions without the excuse of feeling uncomfortable or embarrassed. If you could confidentially ask questions for which you need practical answers and information without fear of judgment how would that feel to you?
Sonia Stovall created the No Offense app to be such a space; it’s an opportunity for you to individualize your own coaching, join communities and ask questions. Sonia has written editorial articles on various topics from missing Black children to Mother-Daughter Ditch-Day for The Denver Post. She designs and facilitates workshops regarding Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (J.E.D.I) for the Colorado Space Business Roundtable to create J.E.D.I. workplace culture in Colorado’s aerospace industry.
